mint film office is a Rotterdam based production company for documentary films.

Mint actively contributes to an inclusive film sector in all aspects of the production of, and representation in, the documentaries and other projects we produce. We approach diversity comprehensively, acknowledging it is about cultural and ethnic background, gender, sexual orientation, age, as well as socio-economic and geographical background. We want to stimulate awareness by thinking together with directors and crew about how our work can lend substance to diversity with respect to research, production, and reaching new audiences. For every documentary that we produce, we actively create space for people of various backgrounds who wish to gain experience as our creative or production colleagues.
